How to convert HEIC to PDF
- Choose your HEIC files, or drag and drop them onto the box. You can add many at once.
- Wait a moment while each file is converted; the progress shows above the list.
- Download each PDF with its button, or use Download all as one PDF to combine every photo into a single file in the order shown.
How the PDF is made
Each photo becomes one page with the same shape as the photo, the right way up. Each image is stored in the PDF as a high-quality JPG, so transparent areas become white. The HEIC photo is decoded on your device by an open-source decoder that this site downloads the first time you convert a HEIC file, and the PDF is built in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. The converter is a web page that runs in your browser. Your files are read and converted on your own device and are never sent to a server.
Can I combine several images into one PDF?
Yes. Convert two or more files and a Download all as one PDF button appears. It puts every image on its own page, in the order shown in the list.
What page size does the PDF use?
Each page is the same shape as its image, at 96 pixels per inch. Pages are not resized to A4 or Letter; when you print, choose “Fit to page” in the print dialog.
Does the converted file keep the photo’s metadata?
No. The new file is drawn from the decoded pixels, so camera details, date taken and GPS location from the original are not copied into it. Keep the original if you need that information.
